Privacy policy

Who takes care of your data

Nake Comunica, CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 63.705.767/0001-36, is Nathalia Guimarães's communication and marketing studio. I'm the one who receives, reads and answers every message sent through this website.

What data the form collects

Only what you fill in and some technical data about where the visit came from:

  • Name, company and the brand's website or Instagram.
  • Industry, service of interest and whether you have worked with an agency.
  • Planned monthly marketing budget range.
  • WhatsApp, e-mail and your message, if you write one.
  • Visit source: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid), the page you landed on and the website you came from.
  • Date and time of submission, time spent filling in the form (to block bots) and which version of the page headline you saw.

What I use it for

  • To answer your request and see if I have room in my schedule for your brand.
  • To prepare a proposal, if it makes sense for both of us.
  • To understand which ads and channels bring the right people here.

I don't use your data to send mass advertising, and I never sell or lend your data to anyone.

Contact happens with your consent, given in the form's checkbox (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, LGPD, art. 7, I), and for the steps prior to a possible contract that you yourself requested (art. 7, V).

Where the data is kept

  • In a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets), in my account, accessible only to me.
  • In my e-mail (nathalia@nakecomunica.com), which receives a summary of each message.
  • On WhatsApp, if you choose to continue the conversation there.

These tools belong to Google and Meta, which act as data processors. So the data may be stored on servers outside Brazil, under each service's terms.

For how long: 12 months, if the contact doesn't turn into a contract. After that, I delete the record.

Measurement cookies

This website may use Meta Pixel (Meta), Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Google Ads (Google) to measure visits and ad results. Google Ads shows me whether a contact through the form came from an ad.

I may also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), which shows how people use the page: maps of where they click and how far they scroll, and recordings of the browsing session. What you type in the form is not recorded.

Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity are only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you decline, they are not loaded.

Google works a little differently. Before you accept, and also if you decline, Google may receive cookieless signals that don't identify you, such as a page being opened. It uses these signals to estimate how many results the ads brought. Google's cookies are only stored in your browser after you click “Accept”.

With your consent, these tools record: page views, clicks on the availability and WhatsApp buttons, starting and submitting the form, and how far the page was scrolled (50% and 90%).

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or by deleting this website's data in your browser.

  • Your choice about measurement cookies (local storage).
  • The visit source, only during the session, to go along with the form (session storage).
  • The headline version you saw, when two versions are being tested.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, information about who it was shared with, and withdraw your consent (LGPD, art. 18). Just write to nathalia@nakecomunica.com. I reply within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page, with the updated date at the top.
